I envision smart learning ecosystems—where instructional design meets automation, analytics, and adaptability. My work bridges creative content with measurable outcomes.
I envision learning experiences that are learner-centered, data-informed, and purposefully designed using models like ADDIE and SAM. I see the bigger picture while focusing on meaningful, accessible details.
I inspire engagement through storytelling, visual design, and interactive learning. My goal is to spark curiosity and make complex content feel approachable and empowering.
I say what learners need to hear, in the way they need to hear it — clearly, concisely, and with intention. I use inclusive language, accessible voiceover, and guided prompts to support every learner's journey.
I design with intention—motivated by curiosity, purpose, and the drive to make learning resonate. Whether it's sparking excitement in a new hire or building confidence in a lifelong learner, my work centers on meaning, motivation, and momentum.

"Blending creativity, usability, and learner impact — from concept, to execution, with purpose."
This bite-sized cybersecurity experience puts learners in the driver’s seat—clicking, reacting, and making decisions in real workplace scenarios. Built in Adobe Captivate and loaded with interactive hotspots, drag-and-drops, voiceovers, and branching paths, this module gives users more than just information—it gives them practice. From reporting phishing emails to navigating sketchy links and creating secure passwords, learners won’t just hear what to do—they’ll do it. It’s scenario-based training made for real beginner people, not IT pros. Think of it as a safe space to mess up, learn, and try again without the risk of a real breach. Cyber Smart is part of a growing series of hands-on microlearning experiences designed for quick learning and long-term impact. Whether you’re onboarding, refreshing skills, or just want to be smarter online, this module offers real-life decisions, just-in-time learning, and a few fun surprises along the way.
This mini-module simulates the process of requesting Admin access on a Mac using Task Manager and Admin On Demand. Developed in Adobe Captivate, it walks users through a realistic, step-by-step workflow that includes interactive hotspots, form fields, and responsive triggers—mimicking the kind of system access employees would encounter in a live environment. This module is part of a growing series of micro-learning experiences designed to support onboarding, technical enablement, and self-service IT support. Each short-form tutorial in the series focuses on a single skill or system interaction, reducing ramp-up time while encouraging learner confidence through hands-on practice. The goal is to make critical workflows intuitive, accessible, and repeatable—without overwhelming the learner. Whether embedded in a larger onboarding path or accessed on demand, these simulations provide just-in-time learning aligned with real workplace needs.
